Booked Grace’s place to celebrate a friend’s milestone birthday, and we hardly left all weekend! This place has everything you could want or need, and the host is readily available and responsive, if any need should arrive. Practically all of our guests remarked about how they plan or hope to book this space in the future. 10/10, can’t wait to come back!

The apartment was very clean, and we really enjoyed the shared pool and the wooden deck by the canal. The apartment is ideal for four people. If you're staying with more than four, the additional guests will use the pull-out sofa bed, which is perfectly fine for a short stay. Having a parking space for our car was convenient. The neighborhood is quiet, and the beach is just a five-minute walk away. The host provided clear check-in instructions and responded quickly to our questions. We would definitely recommend this place and host to anyone.

Great place and beautiful views! The place was clean and the room set up was great for my entire family. The shared pool area was never overcrowded which was awesome.

I can’t wait to come back. It was so clean. Like spotless. It had everything we could think of and more. It was the perfect place for our children. Safe, convenient and a place for parents to relax.

Our family had an amazing stay! The cozy cottage had everything we needed/wanted and more. Plenty of towels, beach toys, chairs for our family, a grill, you name it! The pool was very clean and the beach only a few steps away. There were other families staying in the other cottages but you would’ve never known it. It felt like we had the whole place to ourselves. Grace was an outstanding host, constantly checking on us. Wonderful communication before, during and after our stay. We can’t say enough great things about our stay and can’t wait to return!

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The place was spotless, beautifully maintained, and incredibly cozy. It had everything we needed to feel right at home, with all the amenities you could ask for. The attention to detail, comfort, and cleanliness truly exceeded our expectations. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable place to stay. Thank you for being such an amazing host!

What a great little place to stay! We loved having the dock to fish off and the pool was a hit for the kids. Central location and easy to get to everything you could want to do. Beach is in walking distance! Grace was quick to respond to any messages and checked in to see how things were going after the first night. I highly recommend this place!

It was a great deal, posted honestly. So great that I’m planning my next trip in three weeks. Grace was very responsive…, but to my preference, didn’t get too much in the way of us enjoying ourselves. She left us alone and responded when needed very quickly.

Our family of 5 had the best stay here! Grace was very friendly and responsive if we needed anything. The location on the bay was great. Loved drinking my coffee while dolphin watching in the mornings. The kids loved the pool and fishing off the dock was a highlight for my husband and son. The beach, Publix, and restaurants are just a short walk away. Thanks for a great week!
