The Easy Way for a Perfect Stay

We enjoyed our stay! Grace is very attentive

Grace’s place was amazing! We took a family trip with our two little ones and had a great stay. Bradenton Beach was only about 15 minutes away, and Anna Maria Island was around 25 minutes. The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we could need, including a washer and dryer and a really nice pool. The beach cart, chairs, and umbrella were also a lifesaver and made our beach days so much easier. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend Grace’s place for a family trip or even a weekend getaway with friends.

Grace was an amazing host! Very quick to respond with all of our questions and also very accomodating to our early check in request. This spot is beautiful and right on the water with gorgeous views from the dock. I’ll recommend this property to others and check in with grace for more opportunities if we’re back in the area.

The pictures were exactly what we got. Both homes were very clean and worked perfect for our needs. Grace even sent me a message after checkout about some items we accidentally left in a closet and offered to help us get them home. We never made it to the beach, and didn’t venture out a ton in the area, but took full advantage of the houses and amenities (especially pool and grill). I can’t speak for every room, but the king bed in the back house was one of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in. Will absolutely stay here again next time I’m in town.

Location was perfection! The place was clean and welcoming. Little details were a plus to me, even a “thank you” sticker on the fresh roll of toilet paper! Grace checked in with us a healthy amount to ensure we were happy. It was my dad’s first experience of an Airbnb and he was amazed daily by what was available (beach towels, umbrella, sunglasses left for us to use!) I would recommend this quiet, cozy, close to everything Airbnb. A publix walking distance! Thank you for a great memory 😊

We loved this place! The screened in porch and pool were lovely, and we were easily able to walk to the beach. Grace was very responsive. The amenities were great for a toddler! We would stay here again.

We had an absolutely amazing stay in Tampa! This home was everything we could have hoped for and more. It was beautifully decorated, incredibly comfortable, and located right on the canals. We made full use of the kayaks and stand-up paddleboards every single day, and they were such an incredible perk. We even got to see dolphins while kayaking and paddleboarding, which was definitely a highlight of the trip! The pool was awesome, and the house itself was stocked with absolutely everything you could possibly need. The game room was such a fun bonus, and there was plenty of space for our entire family. The house comfortably sleeps a ton of people, making it perfect for a larger group or family vacation. The host was also fantastic. They were incredibly attentive, answered every question we had, and responded super quickly whenever we reached out. The neighborhood was beautiful and felt very nice and welcoming. My entire family absolutely loved this place. It was truly a hit with ever

Grace was extremely kind and made sure that we were comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay! The unit was clean and we were provided a lot of amenities (like beach chairs) to use which was super thoughtful! Grace made us feel right at home! :)

Had an absolute amazing stay at Grace's! I felt right at home immediately. The house was beautiful, the rooms were spacious and the beds very comfortable. Plenty of seating inside and out to accommodate everyone. Having coffee on the dock each morning as the sun came up was the cherry on top! Grace was so friendly, understanding and accommodating during our entire stay. I visit IRB often when im in Florida and look forward to being a return guest! Highly recommend booking your stays with her, you will not regret it.
