Really great location, beautiful pool and kitchen. We BBQ’d almost every night! There was literally nothing we needed. Grace and their team were fantastic. Can’t wait for our next stay there!!

This stay was incredible! The location could not be better, walking distance from the beach with so much to do around the area. The place was perfect for two people with amazing amenities, the photos are spot on and the pool/dock area is so nice. Grace is an incredible host super friendly and responsive I would absolutely book both this property and with Grace as a host again! 10/10

Great vacation location!

Over the years our family has stayed at many beach homes, but this one had so many extras that made our vacation comfortable. Everything from sunscreen samples to comfy bedding and new beach towels. When we needed something it was there for us! They thought of everything!

We stayed here in May 2026 for IMG graduation. It is a great location - close to IMG, restaurants, GT Bray, beaches, etc. The house was clean and had the amenities we needed, especially a washer and dryer. The neighborhood was extremely quiet. We used the pool a couple times and it was great. The backyard was private with a fence and had sunny areas and shady areas. GT Bray is walking/running distance which is nice because it is inexpensive for a daily workout and it is cooler for outdoor running given all the trees. The kitchen had the essential amenities, although we ate out for meals. We would stay there again if looking in that area.

We had a wonderful stay and thoroughly enjoyed our time here. The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach, grocery store, and several great restaurants. The kids absolutely loved spending time in the pool, and one of the highlights of our trip was spotting dolphins right from the dock. We would happily stay here again!

We had a wonderful birthday weekend at Grace’s home. Dolphins came to visit every morning at 9:30 😊 fishing 🎣 ff the dock was a bonus for the family. We will visit again.

Wir haben uns sofort zuhause gefühlt! Es war gemütlich, alles nützliche vorhanden und super sauber. Wir fanden vor allem die Möglichkeit draußen zu sitzen und die Pool-Area mit Dock besonders toll. Wir haben am Morgen unseren Kaffee dort genossen und einige Delfine beobachten können. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Absolute Herzensempfehlung!

We really enjoyed our time here! The little condo was perfect. Grace included so many thoughtful touches that made our trip easy beach chairs, extra towels, and even a fully stocked kitchen with actual utensils! The kitchen is nicely updated and the bed was incredibly comfortable. We especially loved being able to use the grill, sit out on the dock at night fishing, and even take a night swim in the pool😊 We saw dolphins and manatees right beside the dock, which was such a cool experience. The location was also amazing —an easy walk to both the beach and public access points. We absolutely loved staying here and would definitely come back!!!
