He started his sales career doing door-to-door sales, and has also sold marketing ads, software, and solar. His experience in marketing makes him well versed for optimizing short term rental listings.

Grace is a real estate investor and entrepreneur with over 10 years of experience in real estate. She has worked as a transaction coordinator, buyers assistant, and real estate agent. Her experience in real estate makes her a key part of our effective short term rental design process.

Bio:
Michael is an investor, entrepreneur, CPA, author, speaker, instructor, and podcast host. Michael brings a wealth of finance, business and real estate experience. Michael started his career as an auditor at an accounting firm where he specialized in real estate and economic development, and he now manages over 100 short-term rentals and owns 3 boutique hotels.
Michael advises EasyStay with his wealth of knowledge in the short term rental business.

With a strong background in outsourcing and hospitality, Donita ensures smooth day-to-day operations and helps deliver an exceptional guest experience.
