✹ COMPLIMENTARY ESSENTIALS: We provide guests with 3 beach towels, 3 bath towels, makeup towels, hand towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and more.

✹ PARKING: Free parking is available for 1 vehicle in an assigned spot in the parking lot.

✹ FAMILY: Traveling with little ones? We’ve got you covered with a few supplies, including a pack ’n play, high chair, stroller, kids silverware, and more. For the pack 'n play, high chair, and stroller, we charge $30. Please let us know if you would like to add this to your reservation when you book your stay.

✹ PET-FRIENDLY: We have a 1 pet maximum, $100 pet fee + taxes, 40 pound maximum, and no pit bulls or pit bull mixes allowed. Please let us know if you plan on bringing your furry friends.

You’ll also find groceries and everything Gulf Boulevard has to offer just moments away. Swimming, shelling, sunbathing, snorkeling, parasailing, bird and dolphin watching, and blissful beach strolls are exactly what drew you here—and what make this seaside escape so special.

Walking: Many highlights—beaches, eateries, and boutiques—are just a short stroll away. Wander at your own pace to soak in the local vibe.

Driving: For longer destinations, a car comes in handy. We include parking for one vehicle, and Gulf Blvd. cuts through the island, linking you to nearby sights.

Public Transportation: The Suncoast Beach Trolley offers an easy, car-free option. It travels along Gulf Blvd. with stops from Clearwater Beach all the way to St. Pete Beach.

Biking: With several rental shops close by and bike-friendly roads, pedaling around is a great way to see the area.

Rideshare Services: Uber and Lyft operate here, giving you on-demand, flexible rides around Treasure Island and beyond.

Whether you’re on foot, behind the wheel, or aboard a trolley, getting around Treasure Island couldn’t be simpler!

✹ Easy self check-in is available via the smart lock on the front door - a personalized code will be sent to you prior to check-in.

✹ If available, early check-in and late check-out can be arranged for a $50 fee each.

✹ To ensure a smooth check-in, we provide a starter pack of essential items to help you settle in upon arrival. These items are intended for initial use only and are not supplied for the duration of your stay. For longer stays or additional needs, guests are responsible for providing their own supplies.

✹ A shared washer and dryer are available for $4. (shared with 7 other Airbnbs)

✹ CANCELLATIONS: Please keep in mind that we do stick to the cancellation policy on our listing and we do not make exceptions. This includes for family emergencies, contract changes, travel delays, etc (anything that is out of our control as a host). We strongly recommend getting travel insurance if you have concerns with this.

✹ Quiet hours are between 10PM and 9AM.
